Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a 30-day return window on all orders.

How it works:
1. Email us at nextecheongear@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. We'll send you a return label within 24 hours.
3. Once we receive the item, we'll issue your refund within 3–5 business days.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or defective items? We'll replace or refund you immediately — no return needed. Just send us a photo and we'll take care of it the same day.
